What is Wine Box?

Wine Box is a club for wine enthusiasts seeking interesting bottles, enjoying surprises, and wanting to learn more about wine regions, production, and types. Once a quarter, we deliver sets of wines curated by an expert from the best producers, the most intriguing regions, and top vineyards. Club members also have access to wine expert consultations.

What will I receive in the box?

Depending on the selected set, it will include three or four bottles of wine, information cards for each wine, and special surprises, all packed in a beautiful box.

What is a subscription?

By subscribing to Wine Box, you’ll receive your chosen set(s) of three or four wines once every three months. You can cancel your subscription anytime without incurring additional costs.

I just purchased a subscription. What should I do now?

Now, simply wait for your shipment! Deliveries are sent according to our release schedule (February 10, May 10, August 10, and November 9). You can also order a box from a previous edition if available—this will be delivered within three business days, with subsequent boxes following the release schedule.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

No, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

When will my card be charged?

For a quarterly subscription, your card will be charged for the first set(s) when you place your initial order. Subsequent payments will follow the release schedule (February 10, May 10, August 10, and November 9). For an annual subscription, payment is made in a single transaction when placing the order.

Can I order a Wine Box from a previous edition?

Yes, you can choose the option to start your subscription with the current edition, receiving your first box within three business days after payment, with future boxes delivered according to the release schedule.

Can I order a Wine Box without a subscription?

You can order a Wine Box as a one-time gift, but you need to be registered with the Wine Box club. You may cancel your subscription after the first delivery.

Can I order a Wine Box as a gift?

Yes, you can order a one-time Wine Box as a gift with a personalized greeting card. You can also gift a subscription—please email us when placing the order so we can exclude the receipt and include a special greeting card.

Who selects the wines for the sets?

The wines are chosen by Justyna Sawińska, an independent expert who collaborates with top importers and wine connoisseurs in Poland to create unique selections.

Can I choose the types of wines in the box?

Wine Box aims to surprise members with new, exciting, and high-quality wines. You can only select from three box types: Regional Pathways, Off the Trail, or Wine Highway.

Can I try a box before subscribing?

The service is subscription-based, but you can cancel before the next billing period, making the first order effectively a trial.

Can I order a box for international delivery?

We strive to ship wine worldwide, but some countries have restrictions on alcohol delivery. International shipping requests are handled individually. Please send inquiries to: office@winebox.com.pl.

How often is a new Wine Box released?

A new Wine Box is released quarterly: February 10, May 10, August 10, and November 9.

Can I order just one bottle of wine?

What are the differences between the sets?

Regional Pathways: Four bottles from the same region, including white, red, and sparkling wines.

Off The Trail: Four unusual wines from various corners of the world, often unconventional or natural wines.

Wine Highway: Three exceptional bottles for special occasions, gifting, or cellaring, including classics or limited editions.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, orders can be picked up at Potocka 14/31 street, after confirming by phone at +48 882 099 092.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, please email office@winebox.com.pl for bank transfer payment details.

When and how can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled anytime by accessing the order details in the "My Account" section.

My card has expired. Can I update the payment method?

Yes, you can update your payment details by logging into your Wine Box club account.

Can I purchase a wine subscription as a gift?

Yes, you can gift a subscription. Please inform us via email to exclude the receipt and include a personalized greeting card.

When will the recipient of my gift box receive it?

Gift boxes are shipped within three days of payment confirmation. They include wines from the current edition.

How are the wines selected?

Our expert collaborates with top importers and wine specialists to taste and choose exceptional bottles that make up an intriguing set.

Can I reorder wines from previous sets?

Yes, you can submit a request in the "Order Previous Wines" section, and we will prepare a special offer for the wines you enjoyed.
